We are seeking participants for a project that will gauge the opinions of ‘early career’ people regarding public intellectual life in Australia, and to examine their professional activities in producing knowledge and participating in public work. We are interested in assessing what early career workers within and outside of academe consider to be ‘useful’ public intellectual work, whether they feel they do or can or must participate in such work, and which media they use to do so. If you are interested in becoming an informant for the project, please see the attached document, which includes a sample copy of the brief questionnaire, the project consent form, and a participant information sheet.<BR>
