Minister for Education, Science and Training, Dr Brendan Nelson, and the
Minister for Health and Ageing, Tony Abbott, <SPAN

Government would establish 24 new research networks to help coordinate
leading-edge research across </SPAN><?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =

<A href="http://cccs.uq.edu.au/crn/">Cultural Research Network</A> convened by
Graeme Turner (CCCS), is one of the <SPAN class=133192102-26082004>three
</SPAN>successful <SPAN class=133192102-26082004> humanities </SPAN><A
href="http://www.arc.gov.au/funded_grants/selection_research_networks.htm">ARC
research networks</A>.<SPAN class=133192102-26082004> A large number of
CSAA members make up the Cultural Research Network and the next five years look
to be very promising and productive for research in our area.
